Job Opening: Real Estate Agent - Dubai Market (Off-Plan & Secondary Market) We are hiring an experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team at Rich Property, specializing in off-plan and secondary market properties. If you have a strong background in real estate, excellent communication skills, and the ability to qualify leads effectively, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: - Work exclusively from the office (no outdoor work). - Collect and list secondary properties for sale and secure contracts from clients. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high-quality service. - Manage all client interactions, leads, and deals using CRM (all data entry is mandatory). - Qualify leads and follow up with potential buyers and sellers. Requirements: - Previous experience in Real Estate is mandatory. - Expertise in the Dubai off-plan and secondary markets. - Excellent communication and lead qualification skills. - Ability to collect property listings and secure contracts from clients. - CRM experience and a commitment to data management. - Proficient in using real estate platforms like Dubizzle, Bayut, Property Finder, Meta Homes, etc. Company Benefits: - Resident Visa provided. - Property listings featured on www.richproperty.ae, Dubizzle, Bayut, Property Finder, and Meta Homes. - Professional video and photo shoots for listings. - Social media campaigns managed by the company to generate leads. - Company mobile phone for business use. - Ongoing training and knowledge development** sessions.
