One of the leading Technology groups with operations across the GCC is now looking for a key individual to drive their recruitment activity.The RoleManage the recruitment and selection activities across the group in a proactive and cost-effective manner and provide state-of-the-art recruitment solutions aligned to the business needs and HR policies and procedures.Responsibilities:Strategic:Prepare annual recruitment and selection plans and budgets to meet the Human Resources strategic objectives.Monitor implementation of the annual plans and measure achievements of results against budgets and objectives and take corrective measures as appropriate.Recommend annual Human Resources strategy in areas of recruitment and selection, onboarding, etc.Operational:Drive Manpower planning process, ensure adherence to the manpower budgets and appropriate staffing levels.Devise short-term and long-term recruitment plans in conjunction with Business Partners and monitor the execution of such plans.Formulate/review and ensure implementation of the Recruitment and selection policies and procedures in a consistent manner.Plan and design the recruitment strategies based on the best practices to achieve the SLAs agreed with Business Partners.Ensure competency-based selection & assessment processes are consistently applied.Participate in the sourcing and selection of Middle Management and Senior Management Staff.Manage the selection of vendors and negotiate work terms to maintain a cost-effective talent acquisition process.Establish and manage onboarding program.Develop an Applicant Tracking system to monitor and measure talent acquisition process and efforts.Review HR metrics and identify areas for improvement and set and follow up on action plans.Monitor changes to Labor Law and statutes affecting recruitment and selection activities and ensure compliance.The PersonYou will have at least 8 years solid Recruitment and Talent experience within a recognized company in the GCC. You will have proven experience of managing volume recruitment across the GCC and be able to demonstrate your success at all levels.
