Supply Chain Manager - PharmaceuticalsParkhouse BellLocation: Dubai, UAEPosted In: 23/1/2014An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join a unique and growing pharmaceutical company based in Dubai.This successful expanding and innovative pharmaceutical company manufactures pharmaceutical products in a range of therapeutic areas.As Supply Chain Manager, you will report to the Supply Chain Director and be expected to help support the daily and long-term operational and improvement activities within the Supply Chain function.Your key responsibilities include:Liaising closely with internal and external stakeholdersHelping in the delivery of cool-chain, controlled drug products to global locationsBeing responsible for key areas of the commercial supply chain including: demand planning, purchasing and inventory management, packaging and artwork coordination, warehousing, and distributionJob RequirementsExperience: AnyCareer Level: JuniorJob Type: Full TimeVacancies: 2 Open PositionsSalary: NegotiableGender: AnyDegree Level: Bachelor's degreeMajor: PharmacyLanguages: AnyJob SkillsThe successful candidate will have a science or science-related degree along with a strong pharmaceutical and management background. Previous understanding of LEAN, operational KPIs, and experience supervising employees is required. A good understanding of GMP and GDP is needed along with strong project management and problem-solving skills.
