You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide technical direction, and contribute to key architectural decisions.Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.Manage and oversee the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment.Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.Conduct code reviews, ensuring best practices, scalability, and performance are maintained.Drive architectural decisions and design scalable systems.Ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions within the set timelines.Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and tools, and apply them where relevant.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges within the team.Write high-quality, clean, and efficient code when needed to contribute directly to the project's success.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Master's degree in a relevant field or additional certifications in software development, cloud technologies, or management.Additional InformationExperience:Minimum: Proven experience of 10+ Years experience of development and also worked on the role of development Lead, Team Lead, or in a similar leadership role.Desired: Extensive experience in leading teams in large-scale software projects and familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Skills & Abilities:Strong proficiency in JAVA, Dot Net, low/code no code platform & Mobile applications.Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a development team.Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Expertise in low-code/no-code platforms and DevOps practices.
