We are currently seeking a Director for our clients Real Estate Strategy department in Riyadh. As a Director, you will play a key role in providing strategic guidance and advisory services to clients in the real estate industry.Job Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of real estate professionals to deliver high-quality services to clients.Develop and implement real estate strategies to support clients' business objectives.Provide expert advice on real estate market trends, investment opportunities, and risk management.Identify and evaluate potential real estate development projects and investment opportunities.Conduct market research and analysis to assess the viability and profitability of real estate ventures.Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and senior management, communicating real estate strategies and recommendations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure successful execution of real estate projects.Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in the real estate sector.Essential Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business administration, or a related field.Proven experience in real estate strategy development and implementation.Strong knowledge of real estate market dynamics, investment principles, and financial analysis.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to lead and motivate a team.Effective communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Desired Experience:Minimum of 7 years of experience in the real estate industry.Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role.Experience working with diverse clients and stakeholders.Strong network and relationships within the real estate industry.
