We are looking for an experienced General Manager to help us further develop our fast-growing network of business in UAE and regional markets and reach the next level! A key role in driving our business growth strategy and expanding our reach in the market.Your impactOversee operations team and business development teamsConduct market research to identify high-quality properties from various sources (landlords, developers, estate agencies)Expand the property portfolio through networking, cold calling, campaignsPresent the company's value proposition and advantages to potential clientsEstablish B2B relationships with real estate developers and fundsHandle leads and negotiate pricing with landlords (investors, developers) and estate agentsManage contract administration and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new propertiesMaintain communication with landlords and manage legal proceedings as necessaryShare your knowledge and experience with the teamQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience2 - 3 years industry related business development experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProven knowledge and execution of successful development strategiesFocused and goal-orientedOur standardsCompetitive Salary based on candidate's experienceDiscretionary performance-based bonusesDevelopment opportunities in a fast-growing environment, continuous training, and supportModern officeFree snacks at the officeDoes this sound like you?
