Role: To source Covered Card Applications from the local market, ensuring sourcing of business is within ADIB permitted policy and procedure.Location: UAEKey Accountabilities of the Role:Main Responsibilities:To source New to Bank Covered card product to the specified target segment and achieve or exceed the assigned target.To prepare & maintain DSR (Daily Sales Report) for all visited customers & company visits.Create and maintain good relationships with all business entities/individuals where the business is sourced.To visit potential companies/institutions, finalize business deals within the targeted turnaround time based on ADIB policy & procedure, and provide feedback to RSS.Full awareness of product knowledge and implementation at all times.Deliver timely and prompt service to customers.Adhere to stipulated office timings, maintain secrecy norms, ensure data confidentiality, and be presentable.Submit DSR to the respective TL by end of day with complete details; non-compliance will be escalated.Regular / Occasional Responsibilities:Prepare and review Standard Credit Applications, ensuring all provided information is accurate and verifying the authenticity of critical documents (i.e., Cheque, Copies of: Bank Statement, Passport, Emirates ID, Salary certificate, etc.) before sending to PU for processing.Ensure all submitted applications are error-free and rectify any errors.Follow the approval process and escalate delays to RSS/Coordinator, if any.Execute Murabaha contracts with customers representing ADIB, prepare the file as per the checklist, and forward card allocation for issuance through coordinators within 24 hours of completing signing formalities with customers.Check card disbursement and notify the Coordinator/RSS in case of delays at the Card center end.Maintain good rapport with inter-department/peers to ensure smooth business flow.Participate in activities assigned by your RSS/line manager during promotions.Initiate cross-sell of other banking products on a best-efforts basis when required.Escalate customer complaints to the supervisor level immediately, if any.Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this Role:Broad knowledge of ADIB's Covered Card and other RBG products & services.Fair knowledge of service standards, sales skills, and computer skills.Good knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations & risks.General awareness of competitors in the local market.
