Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans. Produce schedule and monitor attendance of crew. Allocate general and daily responsibilities for staff. Resolve problems and maintenance issues when they arise. Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met. Assign tasks to maintenance workers. Ensure necessary resources such as attendance, overtime, and dispute resolution among workers are available. Supervise all projects and maintenance tasks. Report project progress and maintenance task instructions daily to the direct manager/engineer. Calculate required materials with full specifications and provide recommendations for cost-saving on new projects and maintenance work as per site requirements. Check and maintain all Majlis, villas, irrigation networks in farms, pumps, and submersible pumps. Supervise carpentry, housekeeping, plumbing, electrical, civil, mechanical, irrigation, and any other maintenance work in all commercial and private locations belonging to the company. Communicate with vendors to coordinate orders and deliveries for parts and services. Coordinate with the Agriculture Engineer for all irrigation tasks and maintenance.
