In this role, you will:

Manage end-to-end onboarding process of new dealers, ensuring smooth transition into the company's network.

Provide training and orientation to new dealers, familiarizing them with our products, services, and operational procedures.

Maintain accurate records of dealer visits and dealer information/feedback.

Achieve monthly onboarding targets.

Share daily KPI reports in a timely manner.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

2-3 years of experience in used or new vehicle sales, especially in business development.

Valid UAE driver's license.

Good knowledge of the used car market.

Used car dealer market awareness.

Focus on driving commercial results with measurable KPIs.

Strong negotiation skills.

Must have strong marketing and sales skills.

Highly presentable individual with a professional attitude.

Ambitious, competitive, and with the stamina to grow within the organization.

Team player.
