Job Description: Front Desk Receptionist

The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests at our hotel. This role is crucial in providing excellent customer service, managing guest inquiries, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Check-In and Check-Out

- Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with the check-in process.

- Facilitate the check-out process, including settling bills and processing payments.

Customer Service

- Provide exceptional service by addressing guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.

- Offer information about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and events.

Reservation Management

- Manage room reservations through the hotel's booking system.

- Make modifications and cancellations to reservations as necessary.

Communication

- Communicate effectively with guests and team members, both verbally and in writing.

- Relay important information to other departments, ensuring guest requests are fulfilled.

Administrative Tasks

- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.

- Assist with administrative duties, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and filing paperwork.

Handling Payments

- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.

- Ensure that all financial transactions are recorded and balanced at the end of each shift.

Security and Safety

- Ensure the safety of guests and hotel property by following security protocols.

- Report any suspicious activity or safety hazards to management immediately.

Team Collaboration

- Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.

Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in the UAE are preferred.

Salary Range: 1,500 AED - 2,000 AED

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED 1,500.00 - AED 2,000.00 per month
