This senior position calls for an experienced developer with a track record of delivering high-quality applications. Your expertise will drive the creation of new features from the drawing board all the way to the App Store. With a strong focus on design, UX, and architecture, you'll lead by example, setting the bar for quality and performance while mentoring your peers. Your voice will be influential in product strategy, and your skills will directly impact our users' experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the architecture, design, and development using Swift, SwiftUI, Combine, and Async/Await.Own technical decisions around frameworks, libraries, patterns, and CI/CD processes.Set architecture, quality standards, as well as defining best coding practices.Full participation in product development building a best-in-class mobile application.Work closely with product management and design to translate requirements into technical specs.Coach and develop engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.Own performance benchmarking, monitoring and optimization.Qualifications5+ years experience as an iOS developer.Expert-level knowledge of Swift, SwiftUI, Combine, and Async/Await.An excellent track record of shipping high-quality apps.Affinity for design and UX, and excellent UI implementation skills.Accessibility is not new to you.Self-directed, analytical, highly responsible, and a team player.Strong verbal and written communication skills (English).Preferred SkillsComputer Science Degree (or similar education).Strong understanding of CI/CD, with tools such as Azure DevOps, Bitrise or GitHub Actions.Experience with A/B Testing and Feature Flags.Our promise to talentWe encourage our people, called creators, to move fast, to be bold and offer them countless ways to make an impact in a fast-growing and talent-centric organisation.
