Compensation And Benefits Supervisor
Department: Human Resources
Location: Traders Hotel Qaryat al Beri, Abu Dhabi
We have a great opportunity for a dynamic and passionate individual to join our Human Resources team as Compensation and Benefits Supervisor. The successful candidate shall be meticulous with a great eye for details, engaged, deadline driven, and resourceful.
Responsibilities
Oversee the development and implementation of compensation and benefits policies.
Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation packages.
Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
Provide guidance and support to HR team and management on compensation-related issues.
Prepare reports and analysis on compensation and benefits trends.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in compensation and benefits management.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
