Job Title: Senior IT Sales Hunter - Public Sector/ Government, O&G, Manufacturing, Telecom, Retail, TransportLocation: Dubai Target Region-UAE, focused on Abu Dhabi and DubaiReports To: Sales Director-UAEJob SummaryThe Senior IT Sales Hunter will focus on acquiring new customers, expanding the market share, and generating revenue for the company's IT services and solutions. This role requires a proactive approach in identifying opportunities, managing complex sales cycles, and establishing long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.Key Responsibilities:Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities in IT services and solutions across key industries.Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to capture market opportunities, focusing on new logo acquisition and account penetration.Lead Generation: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold-calling, and partnerships.Client Relationships: Establish and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers (C-level executives, IT Directors, VP's) within target companies.Solution Selling: Understand clients' business challenges and IT needs, and effectively position the company's IT solutions to meet those needs.Negotiation and Closing: Drive the sales process from prospect identification to closing the deal, including proposals, contract negotiations, and final agreements.Market Intelligence: Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to provide insights into sales opportunities.Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (pre-sales, technical, delivery) to ensure alignment and successful project delivery post-sales.KPIs and Reporting: Meet and exceed sales targets (revenue, growth, and pipeline metrics) while providing regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in IT, or a related field. MBA is a Plus.Experience: Minimum of 15 years of IT sales experience, with a proven track record of successful new business acquisitions in UAE (Primary Abu Dhabi and Secondary Dubai).Language: Multilingual (English and Arabic language).Tech Savvy: Ability to quickly grasp new technologies and position them as value-added solutions. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.Drive: A self-motivated, results-oriented individual who thrives in a competitive sales environment.Network: Established network of contacts within the IT industry. Verticals: Public Sector/ Government, O&G, Manufacturing, Telecom, Retail, Transport.
