Director - Global Consulting firm expanding their Procurement Advisory offering in the Middle East - UAE or Riyadh basedSalary: highly competitive base salary + housing and bonus structureThis global consulting firm, known for their expertise in project management and infrastructure consulting, is looking to hire an accomplished Associate Director or Director to lead their new and expanding procurement specialist advisory offering after a period of sustainable growth in the Middle East.This organization already works on some of the largest and most well-known projects within the region, including NEOM and wider 2030 vision programs. This role and team will be tasked with leveraging these strong relationships and expanding them. As a new and developing team within an already globally established business, this role offers a unique opportunity to genuinely scale a team and business unit, ride your successes into partnership, and leverage a global network, making this an ideal opportunity for someone in the region looking for the next step into senior leadership and beyond.As a senior leadership role in the region, there are key requirements to be successful for this position:Senior advisory experience within Riyadh or UAE, with demonstrable experience in procurement and building consulting frameworks for procurement, as well as cost optimization of transformation projects.Experience working on large capital or infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia or UAE is a must.Ability to manage a high-performing and growing team, with a clear vision on hiring strategy and operational structure to develop this function.Degree-level education is ideal; however, it is not essential.
