Well established and highly successful organisation in Abu Dhabi, competing at an international scale. Responsibilities:Oversee the delivery of all SAP HR / SuccessFactors implementation projects on time and within budgetManage project priorities, timelines and resources effectivelyFoster strong stakeholder relationships (internal and external) to ensure alignment and project successManage and oversee the performance of a team of approximately 60 HR professionalsProvide strategic direction and guidance on all HR and talent management initiativesEnsure effective vendor management for all HR and talent management solutionsMinimum Requirements:A solid track record of leading project delivery for multiple SAP HR / SuccessFactors implementations within a large, complex organisation with a minimum of 10,000+ usersMust have experience in the UAE or the broader Middle East region. Arabic speakers strongly preferredIn-depth knowledge of HR modules, workflows and best practicesStrong understanding of talent management principles, including succession planning and skills managementProven managerial experience with the ability to lead a large and diverse teamExceptional communication, collaboration, influencing and change management skillsAdaptable and agile, with the ability to prioritise and deliver results in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
