Our client, a multinational organization, is urgently looking for an Integration Engineer who will be based in their Dubai office but may possibly travel across the GCC region. For this role, you will be expected to ensure configuration management on integration resources by:analyzing, building and describing the solution including the company offers and third party softwareexecuting the acceptance test plan with the customers and validation engineerreviewing the specifications (CRS) & alert on unclear scopeguaranteeing the solution functionally according to customer requirementsproviding assistance to the customer after the installation (when applicable)providing support to development and validation teams all along the projectcontributing to the transition from project to support; ensure the supportability of the applications, do the warranty check point, transfer to supportparticipating in internal training to support when necessarycontributing to knowledge sharing between GGS integrators providing tools and tips on the jobinterfacing with Technical Leader to audit/define/build the necessary technical coaching of the more junior team membersTo be considered, you must meet the following criteria:degree in computer science, telecom or related disciplineminimum 2 years of Java (or other language) or complex scriptingvery good knowledge of SMS-C protocolsvery good knowledge of SIM-Card standardsgood knowledge in network architecture (LAN, WAN, Web, Security)good knowledge in hardware sizinggood knowledge in HW Architecture (X86, Sparc, SUN, IBM)Basic knowledge in SW ArchitectureBasic knowledge in High Availability and Geo-Redundancy ImplementationsBasic customer relationship managementgood oral presentation and communication skillsgood level of English (oral/written)Candidates based outside UAE may apply provided that they meet the above requirements.Salary package is up to AED20,000 plus standard benefits.If you are meeting the requirements, please send your application now!About The CompanyCobalt Abu Dhabi is part of a leading international recruitment provider with offices in Europe, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand.
