HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding, including job postings, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and terminations.
2. Administer the organization's compensation and benefits programs, including payroll, leave management, and healthcare/insurance plans.
3. Develop and deliver training programs to build employee skills and knowledge.
4. Provide guidance and counsel to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
5. Maintain employee records and documentation in compliance with Bahraini labor regulations.
6. Investigate and resolve employee relations issues such as grievances, disciplinary matters, and performance management.
7. Assist with workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives.
8. Stay up-to-date on changes to Bahraini labor laws and regulations and ensure the organization remains compliant.
9. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to support the overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of generalist HR experience in Bahrain.
3. Strong knowledge of Bahraini labor laws and HR best practices.
4. Recruitment Experience (Preferably in BPO Industry).
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
6. Proficient in HRIS software and MS Office suite.
7. Problem-solving, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
9. Prefer Bahraini National.
