Key Responsibilities:

Provide supervision to all assigned Controller(s), Document Expeditor(s), and Technician(s) in support of the maintenance mission.

Oversee the planning, tracking, and analysis of project types of various sizes and complexities.

Assist in planning resource requirements, workflow planning, design layouts of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.

Schedule all assigned works, materials, tools, and consumables requirement planning, monitoring, and controlling material movement.

Develop and monitor the training of all assigned employees on a variety of fabrication tasks.

Supervise the completion of maintenance-related documentation such as work orders, repair parts request forms, and technical data sheets.

Ensure the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and quality procedures for all assigned fabrication operations.

Confer with vendors to determine fabrication workshop equipment specifications and assist in the purchase of equipment, materials, or parts.

Evaluate products according to specifications and quality standards.

Estimate production times, staffing requirements, and related costs to provide information for management decisions.

Assist in the preparation and updating of BPA item lists, preparing purchase requests for all required tools and consumables, and coordinating with the procurement team.

Comply with and enforce all safety, housekeeping, and environmental directives.

Monitor and control all assigned operations to ensure they are accomplished in accordance with technical manuals, KPIs, OEM specifications, and customer requirements.

Ensure all issued tools, test equipment, and high-value property are maintained in a serviceable condition, routinely inventoried, and safeguarded.

Maintain the confidentiality and security of all company information.

Perform other duties as required by the Manager, Fabrication.

Experience and Education:

Bachelor's degree in engineering in Mechanical/Mechatronic. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in planning with knowledge of manufacturing concepts is preferred. Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma and ISO methodologies, practices, and processes in a Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) setting is an advantage.

Key Skills:

The ability to identify process and workflow improvements is an advantage.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are preferred.

Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software is required; experience with SAP is preferred.
