As an experienced BIM/CAD drafting service provider, we generate and manage digital 3D models that streamline and automate the decision-making process throughout the project.Founded in 1987, we have more than 35 years of experience.Job DescriptionWe are responsible for project concepts, preparing design criteria as per engineering discipline, and following the standards of Saudi Arabia codes and Saudi Council of Engineers regulations.Create full submittals of draft drawings, schematic diagrams, riser diagrams, flow diagrams, standard details, and looping of pipes in the mechanical room, ensuring proper revision and resubmission for approval with the drafting software and its related programs.Prepare design drawings for HVAC systems as per criteria for residential and commercial complexes, sketching the design by collecting total cooling flow and connecting accordingly.Work on HVAC systems and complete the design concept by selecting flow with its total engineering conversion.Draw the system for HVAC, ventilation, fresh air ducts, and louvers, indicating all dampers, outlets, and their connections in a proper manner.Work on drainage systems (one-way and two-way distribution) within fixture units for stack ejection.Work on site piping layouts by calculating invert levels from the starting point to the end on a minimum slope. In cases of higher drops in pipes, lifts stations can be used to maintain the slope. All pipeline systems can be connected through MH and dumped into sewage tanks.Draft the design scope for kitchen appliances for their waste chucking into grease interceptors and oil interceptors, sizing them according to their waste disposal with the help of flow diagrams.
