reports to : Corporate Travel Services Manager As an Outbound Corporate Travel Consultant at East Wing Tourism & Travel LLC, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating travel arrangements for corporate clients. Your primary focus will be to ensure seamless and efficient business travel experiences, catering to the unique needs and preferences of corporate travelers. Client Relationship Management: ´ Cultivate and maintain strongrelationships with corporate clients to understand their travel preferences,policies, and objectives. ´ Act as the main point ofcontact for corporate clients, addressing inquiries and providing personalizedtravel solutions. Travel Coordination: ´ Coordinate end-to-end travelarrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and anyother special requests for corporate clients. ´ Ensure compliance withcorporate travel policies and negotiate favorable rates with travel suppliers. ´ Itinerary Planning: ´ Design and create customizedtravel itineraries that align with the business objectives and preferences ofcorporate clients. ´ Optimize travel plans forcost-effectiveness and time efficiency. Expense Management: ´ Assist corporate clients inmanaging travel budgets and expenses. ´ Provide detailed expensereports and analysis for corporate travel activities. Emergency Support: ´ Offer 24/7 support forcorporate travelers in case of emergencies, changes in travel plans, orunforeseen circumstances. ´ Collaborate with relevantstakeholders to ensure swift resolution of travel-related issues. ´ Utilize travel managementsoftware and tools to streamline booking processes, manage reservations, andgenerate reports. ´ Stay updated on industrytechnologies to enhance efficiency in corporate travel services. Compliance and Documentation: ´ Ensure compliance withcorporate travel policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. ´ Maintain accurate andup-to-date records of corporate travel activities. Reporting and Analysis: ´ Generate regular reports oncorporate travel activities, expenses, and compliance metrics. ´ Analyze travel data to identifytrends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement. Qualifications and Skills: ´ Bachelor's degree inHospitality, Business, or a related field. ´ Proven experience as aCorporate Travel Consultant or in a similar role. ´ In-depth knowledge of corporatetravel management, including policies, procedures, and industry trends. ´ Strong negotiation andcommunication skills. ´ Proficient in travel managementsoftware and Microsoft Office Suite. ´ Excellent organizational andmultitasking abilities. ´ Customer-focused with a keenunderstanding of corporate client needs.
