Key Responsibilities:Possess knowledge of varied cosmeticsproducts and accessoriesMaximize andcontribute to sales within the store through demonstration ofmake-up techniquesEducate customers on usageof various make-up accessories and innovate make uptrendsDemonstrate excellent make-up sellingskills - Recommend and link customer specificproductsIdentify customer requirements anddeliver excellent customer servicesBrandrepresentation at the required standards with updated productknowledge and minimized stock lossEnsure allstock is laid out and displayed in order to attract customers andalso as per standard layout normsEnsureawareness and vigilance at all times of security in the storewithout any negligenceEnsure the higheststandards of housekeeping standardsHandle thePOS (Point of Sale) / Billing CounterGreet thecustomers and assist them in selecting the rightproductMust be presentable and well-groomed atall the timeTally money in the cash till,during the beginning and end of theshiftsProcess the payments by cash / creditcards / vouchers / automatic debitsIssuereceipts / refunds / change to the customerscorrectlyConvert the window shoppers toultimate buyersPromote the Club ApparelLoyalty Program of the company for repeatsalesFlexible to work for extended hoursduring the Sale / Festival periodRecord theinventory inward / outward and maintain the report of thesameMust be updated about the various brandsof the group for suggestive selling to thecustomers INT
