Job purpose: to control the stock levels on site using the CMMS and manual lists monitoring (parts out/on shelf/parts in), in particular to liaise with manager(s) and suppliers to manage lead times/buying. Help avoid "out of stock" situations that stop rides operating. To manage and coordinate all buying and services on behalf of Maintenance and Operations in line with AURA GROUP purchasing policy and SOPS.If required, support other colleagues as necessary and as directed by your line manager. Working closely with the central procurement team and central facilities maintenance team.General Competency:Working with PC and software / CMMS.Import logistics (Qatar) knowledge is preferred.Safety and Compliance:Strict compliance with all site safety requirements and industry best practices.Strict compliance with all manufacturer's safety requirements.Strict compliance to company HS&E procedures.Thorough planning and tracking list. Principles of stock control. Creative thinking and problem solving.
