In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced SEO strategies, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and optimizing SEM and PPC campaigns to achieve our business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Lead comprehensive competitor analysis to identify backlink opportunities and develop strategic insights to stay ahead of the competition.Drive high-impact guest blogging outreach campaigns, leveraging industry connections to secure authoritative backlinks and foster valuable partnerships.Oversee the strategic deployment of infographic submissions to relevant websites and platforms, maximizing exposure and engagement.Direct directory submissions to enhance website visibility and generate targeted traffic, optimizing listings for maximum impact.Conduct rigorous technical SEO audits to identify and address complex on-page and off-page optimization challenges, ensuring optimal website performance.Develop and implement advanced on-page SEO optimization strategies, including schema markup and structured data, to improve website rankings and user experience.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, particularly the content team, to align SEO objectives with content marketing strategies and drive synergistic outcomes.Utilize industry-leading SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz to monitor, analyze, and optimize website performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.Stay at the forefront of evolving SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices, driving innovation and continuously refining strategies to maintain a competitive edge.Coordinate with SEM Specialists to integrate search engine marketing strategies, ensuring a cohesive approach across both organic and paid search efforts.Work alongside PPC Specialists to optimize pay-per-click campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall SEO strategies and maximizing return on investment.Analyze and report on the performance of SEM and PPC campaigns, using data to inform strategy and make recommendations for continuous improvement.Monitor and manage advertising budgets for SEM and PPC campaigns, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and achieving campaign objectives.Stay updated on the latest SEM and PPC best practices, trends, and tools, incorporating new techniques to enhance campaign performance.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist or similar role.Expertise in SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns, with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges and drive results.Certifications in SEO, Google Ads, or related areas are a plus.Additional Requirements:Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets, and derive actionable insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to effectively lead and influence cross-functional teams.Results-oriented approach with a passion for driving continuous improvement, and achieving measurable business outcomes.Proven leadership capabilities, with experience in managing and mentoring junior team members and guiding strategic initiatives.
