Primary Objective: As an Onshore Coordinator / FM Delivery Lead, your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the delivery of Fabric Maintenance (FM) operations in the offshore drilling sector. Your role encompasses various crucial tasks:1. Leadership and Management:Lead, manage, and coordinate all aspects of Fabric Maintenance activities, overseeing both execution production and quality control procedures.Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the effective and efficient execution of FM tasks.2. Technical Expertise and Quality Assurance:Utilize your extensive experience and technical expertise in coatings and Fabric Maintenance to set and maintain high-quality standards.Conduct comprehensive quality control inspections, ensuring compliance with NACE Level III or equivalent certifications and industry best practices.3. Client Engagement and Relationship Management:Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing interactions, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the FM process.Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure service delivery aligns with their expectations.4.
