Senior Development Manager Jobs in أبو ظبى, الإمارات العربية المتحدة by Budge Recruitment | ArabJobs.com Senior Development ManagerBudge Recruitment - أبو ظبى, الإمارات العربية المتحدة Posted In 21/9/2013 Apply For Job Applicants 15 Views 6459 Job Description Our client a leading developer in the UAE is looking for an experienced real estate development professional with significant real-estate experience to join their team in Abu Dhabi.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the implementation of all new real estate developments as directed by Head of Development; recommend project design, costs, schedule and contractors.Perform all business development activities for Fee Based Development assetsIdentify new own Fee Based Development opportunitiesRecommend Fee Based Development portfolio strategy (including sub-segment mix)Support in sourcing new investment with third parties (e.g. JVs, project finance, etc..)Support in sourcing developments pre-selling guarantee from en-usersDevelop feasibility study for Fee Based Development assetsPerform project costing in coordination with OperationsDevelop financial model & feasibility studiesLiaise with Investment Analysis and other relevant functions on feasibility studyManage and-to-end concept design performed by OperationsSupport in making critical trade-offs with the operations teamSupport in deciding on design brief and share with operationsSupport in deciding on detailed designs developed by architects, ensure alignment with concept designSupport in deciding on detailed project costs based on Procurement and Operations inputSupport in deciding on approved list of contractors/consultants based on Procurement’s recommendationSupport in deciding on project schedule, anticipate and resolve possible roadblocks to completion of construction to ensure on time project deliveryAddress key procurement contract variations arising from differences in project design raising major issues to Head of Development ManagementProvide constant progress updates and monthly written reports on construction progress, major issues or conflicts and anticipated roadblocks whenever appropriateSupport i Job Category ادارة Job Requirements Experience Min: 10 Years Career Levelخبرة فوق متوسطة Job Typeكل الوقت Vacancies3 Open Positions Salary Negotiable GenderAny Degree Levelبكالوريوس / ليسانس Faculty / Institute Any Major هندسة معمارية Age Any NationalityAny Residence Location Any Languages Any Own a CarAny Have Driving LicenseAny Job Skills Requirements10 + years of development management experience in managing the development of large residential and commercial real estate assets of at least AED 500 million in valueStrong knowledge and exposure to the GCC real estate market with large master developers with annual revenue of at least AED 2 billionStrong understanding of development management, property economics, architectural design and construction developed over the years in working on projects through the Delivery phase of asset developmentSolid understanding of development management, property economics, contract procurement policies and procedures gained in the Procurement function of a real estate developer in the GCC real estate industryInterpersonal skillsAbility to make pitches for real estate development ideas and conceptsExcellent development management skills to manage multiple tasks across functions (Delivery, Procurement) for cost effective and timely development of the propertyStrong conflict management skills to resolve any issues that are abound to arise in such a cross functional business processEducationBachelor degree in real estate, property economics, architecture or engineeringDue to the increased number of applicants applying for roles, unfortunately we cannot get back to everyone.
