Description:

We are looking for a strong Ad Operations Manager to join our dynamic Regional Performance Marketing team, to set up and lead our operational team managing the marketing channels, with a focus on execution specifically for the search engine marketing channels, working closely with our Central team in Berlin, Germany and the other specialists in the regional PM team in Dubai, as well as the local marketing teams across MENA countries to help them grow their business on our platform.

Job Responsibilities:

Creating, developing, and optimizing search campaigns on web and mobile web, app installs, and re-engagement across various markets and multiple platforms (Google, Apple, Huawei).

Supporting the ad operations team in the daily business operations with hands-on and analytical approach and working closely with the Central SEM team in exchanging best practices, insights and trends and implementing optimization measures.

Working closely with the specialists in the regional performance marketing team, and driving closer integration with local marketing teams and growth initiatives and plans.

Understanding and analyzing the performance marketing campaigns, by channel and audience strategies and help drive effectiveness across the digital marketing landscape through actionable insights and recommendations.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science or business disciplines.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in search engine marketing in specific and performance marketing in general, with at least 2 years of experience in managing teams.

Deep understanding of the various performance marketing channels including but not limited to; display, paid social, app store optimization, app marketing and programmatic

Excellent knowledge and understanding of the web and app technologies and the latest trends in search behavior, shopping on search, Google Performance Max.
