**Position Overview**:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Nail Technician to join our team at a ladies-only beauty salon and spa. As a Nail Technician, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our clients' confidence by providing a range of nail care and artistry services. Your expertise in nail care, nail extensions, and artistic nail designs will contribute to creating a polished and beautiful appearance for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

**Nail Services**:

- Consult with clients to understand their preferences, nail conditions, and desired outcomes.

**Nail Artistry**:

- Showcase your creativity by providing intricate and personalized nail art designs that align with clients' preferences and occasions.

- Stay updated with the latest nail art trends and techniques to offer cutting-edge designs.

**Nail Health and Hygiene**:

- Maintain a strong understanding of nail health and hygiene, using proper sanitation and sterilization techniques for all tools and equipment.

- Educate clients about nail care practices and recommend suitable products for maintaining healthy nails.

**Client Engagement**:

- Interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the service.

- Provide expert advice on nail colors, designs, and aftercare routines.

**Product Knowledge and Recommendations**:

- Stay informed about nail care products, polishes, gels, and accessories, recommending appropriate products for clients' preferences and needs.

- Upsell retail nail care products to clients to enhance their post-service nail maintenance.

**Hygiene and Sanitation**:

- Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols, ensuring the cleanliness of the nail station, tools, and equipment.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold the spa's image.

**Client Education**:

- Educate clients about nail health, proper nail care routines, and the benefits of different nail services.

**Administrative Support**:

- Keep accurate records of client preferences, nail designs, and product recommendations.

- Coordinate appointments with receptionists and work collaboratively with other team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid nail technician license or certification from an accredited institution.

- Proven experience as a Nail Technician with a strong portfolio showcasing various nail services and artistry.

- Creative mindset with a passion for nail art and design.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage clients in a welcoming and professional manner.

- Comprehensive knowledge of nail care products, tools, and industry trends.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

- Professional appearance and demeanor in line with the spa's standards.

**Salary**: QAR2,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
