Ø Preparation of Request for Quotation, Initiations to Bid, Requests for Proposal and co-ordination of their timely dispatch by E-mail and messenger
Ø Assist the Commercial Manager in maintaining current up to date Procurement documents and Manuals
Ø Routing copying and circulation of quotes, bids and proposal for evaluation
Ø visiting suppliers and negotiating prices and delivery dates
Ø Researching pricing obtaining quotes locally on low value items
Ø Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases
Ø Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers
Ø Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
Ø Check and classify the precedence of the requisition and process as priority setting of the material needed.
Ø Review and analyse all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options
Ø Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts
Ø Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality
Ø Perform other duties related field as assigned by Manager
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: QAR6,500.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
