About the role

In this role, you will be responsible to ensure all interline shipments are flown as planned and ensure timely resolution of all irregular interline shipments. You will also as a subject matter expert for interline commercial and operational alignments with other airline (OAL) partners.

As part of your role, your additional responsibilities will include, but not limited to, the following:

Manage all cargo interline queries and quotation requests from internal stakeholders and OAL Partners to ensure cargo operations for such requests/ queries are timely addresses.

Track interline shipment performance and regularize shipment error as and where applicable.

Ensure relevant Special Pro- Rate Agreements are timely updated in the system as a ready reference for the network.

Coordinate interline agreements with Legal Team and OAL partners.

Actively involve in resolving day-to-day issues related to interline operations.

QualificationsAbout you

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 1 year of commercial experience

Good command of English both written and spoken

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Driven to deliver with good data analytical skills

Proficient in using PowerPoint and Excel
