The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and promoting a positive patient experience. The Registered Nurse will play a crucial role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care by established nursing standards and protocols.Responsibilities:  - Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.  - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.  - Monitor and evaluate patient responses to nursing interventions.  - Work collaboratively with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and support staff.  - Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education and support.  - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health records (EHR) systems.  - Document nursing interventions, patient responses, and progress notes.  - Advocate for patients' rights and ensure their voices are heard in the healthcare decision-making process.  - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote holistic patient care.  - Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.  - Comply with regulatory requirements and nursing standards.  - Respond efficiently to medical emergencies and provide immediate care.  - Participate in disaster preparedness and response activities.  - Stay informed about advancements in nursing practices and healthcare technologies.  - Participate in ongoing professional development and training.Qualifications and Experiences:- Current and valid nursing license.- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Nursing).- CPR and other relevant certifications.- Minimum one year experience after license- Experience in a hospital-based set-up with at least a 100-bed capacity- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.- Previous experience in a clinical nursing role is preferred but not required for entry-level positions.- Familiarity with electronic health record systems is a plus.If you are a dedicated and compassionate nurse looking to make a difference in patient care, we invite you to apply for this rewarding position.
