Position Summary:Eram Talent is currently seeking dynamic and fashion-savvy Sales Associates to join our team. Join us in our mission to provide outstanding recruitment solutions and shape the future of fashion.Key Responsibilities: Deliver excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, understanding their fashion preferences, and providing personalized styling advice. Promote and sell fashion products to achieve sales targets and drive revenue. Stay up-to-date with fashion trends, brands, and product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers. Create visually appealing displays and maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store. Process customer transactions, handle payments, and maintain accurate inventory records. Assist in inventory management activities, including receiving stock, conducting stock checks, and restocking shelves. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. Participate in training sessions to enhance your fashion knowledge and sales techniques. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve store targets and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment. Requirements Prior experience in fashion retail sales is preferred. Passion for fashion and a keen sense of style. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Achievement-oriented mindset and ability to meet sales targets. Basic product knowledge and willingness to learn and stay up-to-date with fashion trends and brands. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems are a plus.
