Our private hospitality group in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee the immaculate maintenance and organization of our luxurious accommodations. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and efficiency are consistently met.Responsibilities:Lead and supervise a team of housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.Develop and implement effective cleaning procedures and schedules to meet the unique needs and standards of our upscale facilities.Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and timely resolution of any issues or requests.Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and identify areas for improvement.Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels while adhering to budgetary guidelines.Train and mentor staff to uphold our high standards of service, professionalism, and attention to detail.Implement and enforce safety and hygiene protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve housekeeping operations and guest satisfaction.Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a prompt and courteous manner.Collaborate with management to develop strategies for enhancing guest experiences and maximizing operational efficiency.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury hotel industry.Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness and presentation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with cleaning equipment, chemicals, and procedures.Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.Fluent in English (additional languages preferred).Benefits:Competitive salary packageFamily visa sponsorshipHealth insurance coverageOpportunities for career growth and developmentRelocation assistance, if applicableJoin our prestigious hospitality group and be part of a team dedicated to delivering unparalleled luxury experiences to our guests.
