From Scaffolding to Elevators and Security Systems to Air-conditioning, Sanityware and Facilities Management, the Al-Futtaim name spells quality & reliability.To ensure excellence in Quality Assurance and Control throughout all operations, processes, and documentation of the company

* Ensure the completion of internal ISO Quality System Audits of departments and sites

* Assess and implement total quality management system throughout the company

* Deliver materials related to quality to sites

* Assist other companies under the Group with obtaining ISO certifications

* Coordinate with external certification bodies during external auditsآ

* Collect installation reports done by third-party quality inspections from Bureau Veritas

* Lead quality award and recognition campaigns by implementing best quality practices with internal business excellence teams and external consultants

* Collect feedback from main contractors, consultants, and project representatives with regards to the efficiency of site installations

* Analyze customer survey feedback and propose corrective actions related to quality control

* Prepare specialized report on Facilities Management customers' feedback for the Senior Executive Director

* Conduct random quality checks and surprise visits to the Ducts divisionInternal Work Relationships within Group:All departments of M&E and Project sites: departmental and site procedures, training requirements, internal audits conducted, non-conformities reported to departments and project sitesExternal Work Relationships:ISO Certification agency: external quality management audits
