**Description**:
- Under direction, plan, organize, supervise 7 facility technicians coordinating day to day operations and participate in the work of personnel engaged in providing a variety of facilities support and operations services.
- Plan, organize, supervise and evaluate the work of assigned staff; with staff, develop, implement and monitor work plans to achieve assigned goals and objectives.
- Perform continuous maintenance on boilers, Water heaters, pumps, motors, HVAC systems, lighting and chiller systems for consistent quality and service expectations within an aquarium.
- Work with a Siemens building an automated system for optimal facility operations.
- Work with vendors for services to complete facility projects and for receiving consumables to complete goals within the facility.
- Provide coaching for performance improvement and development goals; takes disciplinary action, up to and including termination, to address performance deficiencies, in accordance with human resources policies and labor contract provisions.
- Instill customer service-oriented work environment providing leadership and participate in programs that promote a positive employee relations environment.

**Salary**: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
