Ensuring the monthly,quarterly Accor audits are completed on time Statutory and Internalaudit assistance Prepare monthly payroll for all hotel employees.Assist in preparing all payrolls related governmental reports.Prepare and document salaries/overtime in compliance with Accorpolicies and local law. It is not the intent of this jobdescription to cover all aspects of the position but to highlightthe most important areas of responsibility. Core Work Activities:Compliance responsibilities Ensuring Accor policies and procedureare abided Ensuring the monthly, quarterly Accor specified auditsare completed on time Review of Accor policies on regularly basisand ensuring the changes are implemented Assisting Statutory audit,requirements and coordinating with other departments Assisting andresponsible for Internal audit and coordinating the requirementwith other departments
