One of our prestigious clients in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is seeking anAccounts Manager specializing inRigs -Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) to be based in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Job Purpose:
Develop new accounts and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and proactively identify upcoming business opportunities and fill the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies and plans to identify and pursue new accounts according to sales strategy in coordination with the Sales and Marketing Manager.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and proactively identify needs, especially upcoming orders.Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Manager and other departments, such as Proposals and Estimates, to develop effective strategies and solutions that meet clients' needs.Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and partners and attend industry events to promote the company's products and services.Prepare and present regular reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager on sales performance, market trends, and account development activities.Coordinate with the Proposal & Estimate team to develop competitive bids and proposals for new accounts and projects.Ensure that clients receive Aftersales high-quality support and service after purchasing the company's products and services, being a reference person for client issues and coordinating with production to solve aftersales issues.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).10+ years of experience in shipbuilding industry.Technical Certifications in the related field.
