Job Description: Our client, a premier food manufacturing enterprise based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, champions excellence and innovation in the industry. They are now seeking a seasoned Plant Operations Manager who shares their dedication to producing top-tier products and optimizing operational processes.Duties and Responsibilities:Lead daily plant operations, ensuring timely production and efficiency across all departments.Define, implement, and continuously refine operational best practices to enhance productivity.Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams to identify and address bottlenecks.Ensure strict adherence to local, state, and federal food safety standards and regulations.Develop, monitor, and manage operational budgets, optimizing costs without compromising quality.Oversee regular safety audits, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment for all employees.Mentor and guide junior staff, cultivating a culture of growth, learning, and operational excellence.Analyze production metrics and data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 10+ years of experience in food manufacturing with a focus on plant operations.Proven leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in ERP systems and data-driven decision-making tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
