Our fulfillment team is primarily responsible for delivering a superlative customer experience through a smooth order execution lifecycle. As a Senior Fulfillment Lead, you are responsible for ensuring high levels of reliability through a team of fulfillment coordinators. You are also responsible for growing our territory and ensuring financial success metrics are in check. What You'll Do:Responsible for day to day ground fulfillment operations across various customers in the assigned geography and ensuring the delivery of superior customer service, thereby establishing Trella as the partner of choice for customersProactive supply partners communication by sharing continuous update reports, troubleshooting operational issues, and building an excellent working relationship with supply partners POCs in the specific regionDriving smooth operations and efficiencies through cross-functional collaboration with business development, supply, and central operations team for real-time resolution of customer issues arising from ground fulfillmentBuild a process for our Fulfillment Coordinators team to ensure and motivate our Carriers and Carrier Partners to use the Trella app properly and consistentlyBuild an energized and productive fulfillment team in the regionWhat You'll Need:Education: Bachelor's in Management, Logistics, and/or EngineeringWork Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the Logistics/ Shipping Industry or a similar roleShould have a wide Contact list / Network on curtain-side trucksExperience in curtain-side truckingArabic/English SpeakerRelevant experience in managing large-scale geographically spread and complex operational activity with experience in vendor development and team management.Exposure to handling logistics operations will be an added advantage.Saudi Nationals will be given first priority due to Legal operational requirements.What we offerGetting invaluable experience by joining the Forbes Middle East's top 50 most funded start-ups in MENAProud to be a company that promotes Diversity amp; InclusionFlexible working hoursAbility to rest up with annual vacation daysBiannual performance reviewDevelopment opportunities in a rapidly growing multinational companySupporting our colleagues to build and grow themselves through Learning amp; Development initiativesOur Candidate-Focused Selection Procedure:Apply via the link provided.Upon reviewing our applications, we will selectively reach out to have an introductory chat to provide you with more info on Trella, the role and get to know you better.
