QHSE Leader Jobs in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia by Fircroft | ArabJobs.com QHSE LeaderFircroft - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Posted In 1/9/2013 Apply For Job Applicants 63 Views 5957 Job Description Our client is a Multinational Chemical company responsible for the Construction, Ownership and Operation of it`s own Plants.In the short term the major challenges for the QHSE Team Leader will be to:- Develop the technical and leadership competencies of the QHSE team.Responsibilities include:- Directing project HSE activities and providing leadership to promote a positive culture within the team- Provide a project framework for managing HSE - systems and standards- Planning, performance management, goals and targets- Oversee and support the activities undertaken by other contractors during each project phase to ensure provision of an inherently safe design and reduce major accident risks.- Responsible for ensuring delivery of the Operational Safety Case, including;- Risk and change management- Coordination of hazard identification activities (HAZOP, HAZID, FMEA) and development of hazard management plans- Human factors and human error Identification- Coordinating Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM) studies- Systems assurance and verification- Emergency response planning for ``Major Accident Hazard`` Instillations- Accident and Incident Investigation- Team management and competency development- Leading both compliance and risk based audits Job Category Oil & Gas Job Requirements Experience Any Career LevelSenior Job TypeFull Time Vacancies4 Open Positions Salary Negotiable GenderAny Degree LevelAny Faculty / Institute Any Major Any Age Any NationalityAny Residence Location Any Languages Any Own a CarAny Have Driving LicenseAny Job Skills Skills / Experience -- The successful applicant will be technically qualified to degree level (safety or engineering)- Have held technical supervisory / operational positions within the oil and gas industry, some with project development experience.- Have a strong QHSE experience including technical and leadership roles.- Ability to synthesize information and identify key issues- Good supervision and Management skills- Good working knowledge of the current legislative and regulatory regime is essential.
