This includes analyzing the market, estimating demand, and identifying new opportunities for expansion and improving operations. - Organizing and implementing sales operations, directing field operations for the sales team, following up on performance reports, and providing periodic analyses. - Responsible for directing and managing the sales team. This includes setting performance goals, assigning tasks, training employees, and providing advice and guidance to achieve desired results. -Cooperating with other departments within the factory to achieve integration in operations. -Follow up and analyze the team and sales performance and prepare periodic reports. - Implements the company's specific marketing strategy, by identifying appropriate marketing channels and developing promotional offers and advertising campaign to attract new customers. - Responsible for achieving the financial goals set for the factory. Works to establish sales budgets, monitor revenues, and analyze financial results to identify opportunities and future improvements. - Builds and fosters strong relationships with potential and existing customers. Deals with customer inquiries, provides technical advice and necessary information, and works to solve problems and meet customer needs. - Follows up on industrial trends, analyzes market behavior and competitors' movements in ready-mix concrete industry, and presents reports and recommendations to management on improvements and adjustments needed to enhance the factory's position in the market. - Prepares periodic reports and analyzes sales performance and achieving goals. Reports to the executive management and is based on available data and information to determine trends and make strategic decisions * Required qualifications and experience: - Bachelor’s degree in in Civil Engineering or Chemical Engineering. +7 year’s experience in the field of sales in the ready-mix concrete industry.
