Responsibilities • Lead the planning and execution of complex cementing projects including remedial, surface, and liner cementations, as well as deep well operations. • Design various cement slurries tailored to specific operations, such as anti-migration, thermal, and small ID Coiled Tubing pump slurries, utilizing advanced rheological models like Bingham Plastic, Power Law, and Herschel-Bulkley. • Ensure all cementing operations meet the stringent standards and regulations of API and Saudi Aramco, maintaining high service quality to support regional operations. • Provide expert advice and support using Cempro software for cement job planning and execution. • Handle sensitive information ethically and maintain confidentiality in all business dealings. • Foster strong customer relations through effective communication and timely response to technical inquiries and challenges. Qualifications • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with extensive knowledge in well cement engineering and operations. • Willingness to work in a mixed environment, including office settings for design and planning and field locations for quality assurance during execution. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in cementing engineering, including designing and executing cementing operations across various well types. • Proficiency in the use of Cempro software for designing cementing jobs. • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with clients and manage sensitive and confidential information. • Strong understanding and application of rheological models in cement slurry design. • Experience with surface, liner, and deep well cementations, as well as remedial cementing operations. • Committed to adhering to the operational standards of Weatherford and our clients, and able to operate within an oil and gas service environment. • This role calls for a skilled professional who can handle the demands of innovative cementing solutions and maintain high standards of operational excellence and safety.
