What will I bedoing?As a Front Desk Clerk,you would be responsible for assisting Guest Service Agents inchecking in and checking out guests in the hotel'scontinuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service andfinancial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible forperforming the following tasks to the highest standards:Assist Guest Service Agents and FrontOffice leadership with the checking in and checking out ofguests.Respond to guest inquiries and in atimely, friendly and efficient mannerProvidedriving and/or walking directions to guests to localdestinationsEnsure a high level of productknowledge of the hotel, including, but not limited to, directions,hours of outlet operation, hotel services, hotel events and localand community events andattractions
