Repair, maintain and provide technicalattention to all electrical and mechanical refrigeration systems ofthe hotel - freezer, fridges, ice makers, fan coil units, chiller,etc.• Maintain preventively allair-conditioning and refrigeration systems within thehotel• Check on performance of refrigerationsystems and components• Verify all door closingsystems on walk in coolers / freezer (door gaskets /latches)• Check and maintain all defrostingsystems and automation of ice makers• Work onmaintenance requests from all departments•Ensure routine cleaning of fan coil units and air-handling unitfilters• Check on performance ofair-conditioning and chill water systems•Cooperate with all engineering colleagues in detention of failuresof air-condition and refrigeration system and function setup• Strict control on venting ofCFC's to atmosphere• Overhauling ofair-condition / refrigeration equipment andsystems• Check all refrigeration and oil levelsand control of major repairs• Cooperate andinform Engineering Storekeeper on purchase ofparts
