To maintain all HVAC equipment in pristinecondition. Fulfil any duties assigned by the Engineering departmentmanagement. Example of Duties Essential Function •Inspects and performs maintenance tasks which can be preventive andcorrective to ensure all the HVAC system are well functional and toensure required guest satisfaction. • Maintains detailedrecords for HVAC equipment's which is defect,maintenance, spares etc. • Take proactive measures on theissue related to HVAC equipment's to ensure effective andefficient operations. • Maintains HVAC equipment inventoryof supplies needed to perform job function. Prepares requisitionfor purchase as required; all purchases must be approved bydepartment managers. Supportive Functions In addition toperformance of the essential functions, this position may berequired to perform a combination of the following supportivefunctions, with the percentage of time performing each function tobe solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particularrequirements of the hotel. • Maintains the thermalcomfort. • Cleans and maintain filters, coils, blowers forthe HVAC system. • Ensures the application and theexecution of a good preventive maintenance program for relatedequipment and machineries. • Maintain hygiene with HVACsystem.
