Your goal is to make Easy World moreknown in the areas we're already in and find new business chances in differentmarkets and industries. Your role is crucial for Easy World to become a leaderin the industrial data communication and automation field Duties/Responsibilities :
  • Defineand deliver agreed business development objectives that are consistentwith the companies’ vision, goals and overall business stagey.
  • Developnew verticals and tap into new geographies to expand the business growth.
  • Identifylist of opportunities in target markets / sectors for Easy World Brands,its products and services.
  • Maintainsand updates business opportunity pipeline in CRM and updates on weeklybasis.
  • Settinggoals and developing plans for business and revenue growth by Researching,planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.
  • Identifyand pursue new business opportunities to expand Easy World AutomationLLC's market presence.
  • Developand maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, includingcustomers, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Collaboratewith the sales, technical and marketing teams to create effectivestrategies for promoting and selling our products and services.
  • Conductmarket research to stay informed about industry trends, potential areas,opportunities. Analyse competitor activities, vendor comparison and other distributorswith same business line
  • Presentproduct demonstrations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing thevalue and benefits of our solutions.
  • Achieveand exceed the new business targets by effectively managing the salesprocess from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Negotiatecontracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favourable terms for bothparties.
  • Developa network of contacts to attract new clients, research new marketopportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections andforecasting revenue, in line with projected income.
  • Stayupdated on advancements in technology and industry standards related toour product offerings.
  • Increasemarket share by winning new customers in target markets in the regionMiddle East.
  • Expandsopportunities to cross sell and up sell products and services.
  • CollectCustomer Surveys and analyse, record customer complaints and takecorrective action
  • Analyze marketconditions, competitor activities, and customer needs to pinpoint areasfor growth.
  • Develop and implement effectivesales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the Seniormanagers to align business development activities.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate thebusiness development team.
  • Provide guidance and support forprofessional development.
  • Contribute to the development ofthe company's overall business strategy.
  • Provide input on long-termplanning and goals.
  • Awareness on Quality policyobjectives and relevant procedures .

  • Proventrack record with at least 10-15 years of experience in businessdevelopment, sales, or a related role with focus on distribution ofAutomation, Networking and Communication products.
  • Demonstratedsuccess in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in previousroles.
  • Substantialexperience in the industrial data communication and automation sector ishighly desirable.
  • Previousexperience in leading and managing a business development or sales team.
  • Experiencein contributing to strategic business plans and initiatives.
  • Provenability to align business development strategies with overall companyobjectives.
