Take immediate measures as necessary during emergenciesin repair works • Responsible to work closely with HVACTechnician when need arises • Carry out improvement,maintenance and repair work on all building services and A/C& Refrigeration equipment's according to thestandards and requirements • Perform daily startup,shutdown and inspection of building services and equipment as perthe standards and requirements • Maintain tools andequipment, and perform engineering housekeeping work •Update daily maintenance log, complete the work order forms& keep the work place clean tidy and well organized• Attend to complaints from Hotel guests and otherdepartments • Consistently offer professional, engagingand friendly service Qualifications • Minimum 3years' experience with the similar position in a 5 starHotel or similar organization • Interpersonal written andverbal communication skills • Require trade license orcertification or Diploma etc. • Previous experience is anasset • Highly responsible & reliable •Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team •Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm andcourteous at all times Additional Information Our commitment toDiversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and ourambition is to attract, recruit and promote diversetalent.
