Ignite are partnering with a leading retail brand and we are looking for a creative Social Marketing Associate who will be responsible for promoting our brand and product through innovative & engaging storytelling to bring the brand and products to life on social. Responsibilities: Develop engaging, creative, innovative content (story-telling through Instagram effects, Snapchat filters, optimized stories) Identify, monitor, and engage with market trends Analyze social media presence and track digital performance including ROI Publish, monitor, and engage with the social community Content Planning and Social customer service Create and update weekly and monthly reports, analyze campaigns and product launches Monitor and develop reports on competitor activity within social media spaces Collaborate with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages Qualification Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing A minimum of 3-4 years experience in social media marketing in the Retail English and Arabic language skills Creative storytelling, content creation, and copywriting skills A proven track record in social media including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.
