Responsibilities:Overseethe financial strategic planning of the company by evaluating itsperformance and potential risks.Performregular financial analysis.Develop budgetsthat meet the requirements of companydepartments.Establish targets and manage allaccounting and finance employees including management accountantsand internal auditors.Supervise all audit andinternal control processes.Prepare detailedreports on the company's financialperformance.Guarantee compliance withfinancial laws and guidelines.Recognizepatterns in company spending, revenue, and recommend solutions toany problem areas.Coordinate with externalfinancial entities on behalf of thecompany.
