Bachelor degree in engineering orproject managementMinimum 15 years ofexperience, including a minimum of 10 years in Project Managementfor large and complex EPC contracts.Experiencewith multi-cultural type Projects.Experiencewith LNG Projects.JobResponsibilitiesProvides visible SHESleadership at EPC-3 RLIC workfronts.Responsible and accountable within his areato coordinate, review and approve the deliverables associated tothe Gate 4 reviews.Focal point, responsibleand accountable for the whole EPCC scope and activities within hisarea from EPC-3 Contractor Home Offices to RLICSite.Undertakes complex tasks and acts as asource of guidance to the Team and Stakeholders - bring solutionand provide support but not generate unnecessary works to the Teamand/or the EPC-3 Contractor.The position isdeputized to the Project Manager EPC-3/4 to be responsible andaccountable for the Engineering, Procurement Construction andCompletion (EPCC) scopes of a specified large area of the PLANT.The position requires proven Project Management skills andexperience including experience for similar large and complexProjects.The position will have fulldelegation from the Project Manager within his / her assigned area,acting as a Project Manager that implies authority towards theProject Management Team, in particular Engineering, Contracts,Schedule, Quality and Information Management, Procurement,Construction Engineering and pre-commissioning/commissioningpreparation as well as ensuring that Operations ExpansionDepartment is kept informed and participate to key meetings anddecisions.The position shall directly interactwith its counterpart at EPC-3 Contractor on the premise that bothCOMPANY and EPC-3 Contractor organizations are"mirroring".The positionshall be responsible for all activities related to the COMPANYITEMS Assignment / Novation Agreements, in particular for Category1 COMPANY ITEMS that shall be progressed and completed at the endof the Letter of Award period. COMPANY ITEMS are assigned to theArea Division Managers, consistent with the area they areresponsible for.The position includes a strongcoordination and interaction with Head of Contracts or ContractsSpecialist, including preparing letters, chairing meetings withEPC-3 Contractor, taking lead for the review, approval andfollow-up of the Change Orders within hisarea.The position includes strong coordinationand interaction with the Head of Planning or Planning and ScheduleSpecialist in order to keep a close control on the schedule and keyProject and Progress Milestones within hisarea.
