• The Estimation Manager will carryout tendering process and pricing of new projects being tenderedand interprets the commercial requirements and risks associatedwith Contracts, corresponding drawings and specificationsassociated with each project.• PrincipalAccountabilities & responsibilities:•Review proposal specifications, drawings and attend pre-bidmeetings to determine scope of work and required contents ofestimate.• Review and incorporate historicaldata from purchase orders, subcontracts, and productivity analysisreports into unit and man hour figures.•Provide complete conceptual (or bid work) and final estimatinginput on complex projects.• Provide technicalsupport to personnel preparing discipline estimates for assignedbids.• Track awarded contracts as requiredwhich may include estimating/pricing extra work items, changeorders; procuring materials, preparing subcontracts,etc.
